Chenfeng Technology announced that Guotian North Grid, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sun Company Beigang Xinneng, plans to invest in the construction of a 200mW/800MWh independent new energy storage power plant project on the side of Guotian Energy's Erlianhot city, with a total contract price of 712 million yuan. Recently, the company's holding company, Liaoning North Network, signed a “General Contracting Contract” with Guotian North Network as the contractor. The matter has been reviewed and approved by a special meeting of independent directors, the board of directors and shareholders' meetings.
