06:01 AM EDT, 08/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Pulsar Helium (PLSR.L) extended the target date for signing a definitive agreement covering a helium liquefaction plant and related equipment package. The proposed deal follows a binding letter agreement and limited notice to proceed signed in June by the primary helium company's subsidiary, Keewaydin Resources, with an unnamed third-party vendor to reserve the plant and equipment for potential deployment at the Topaz project in Minnesota, US, according to a Monday filing. The extension will allow the parties to complete the remaining commercial, technical, and internal approval processes. The proposed package is expected to provide a helium liquefaction capacity of 940 liters per hour and a carbon dioxide processing capacity of 300 tonnes per day. Completion remains subject to finalizing the equipment scope, financing, due diligence, regulatory approvals, and other customary conditions.
