XPS Pensions Group Closes Takeover of Austin Professional Resourcing's Trade, Assets

05:28 AM EDT, 08/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- XPS Pensions Group (XPS.L) completed its purchase of British specialist actuarial consultancy Austin Professional Resourcing's trade and assets, supporting its diversification strategy, according to a Monday filing. In June, the London-listed pensions consulting and administration company entered into the deal, consisting of an upfront cash payment of 3.3 million pounds sterling, an additional noncontingent consideration of 3 million pounds, and earnouts of up to 10 million pounds.
