Zhitong Finance App News, FuRui Medical Technology (01696) announced that the Group is expected to achieve revenue of no less than US$171 million in the six months ended June 30, 2026, compared to US$166 million for the same period in 2025; and that losses attributable to the owners of the Company ranged from US$900,000 to US$1.4 million for the six months ending June 30, 2026, which would generate profits attributable to the owners of the Company for the same period of 2025.
According to currently available data, the Board of Directors believes that the main reasons for the six months ending June 30, 2026, the Group's loss expectations attributable to the Company's owners include: the North American market continues to face a severe environment and a decline in sales revenue; and the Company's continued investment in the injection-filling business in mainland China. Despite these operational challenges, the Group's overall revenue grew in the first half of 2026, mainly benefiting from the following factors: strong business growth in Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and Africa; and continued growth in the contribution of the injection filling business.
The Group is closely monitoring market trends and taking targeted measures to strengthen execution capabilities and adjust business operations to suit the current market environment. Relevant measures include optimizing the efficiency of commercialization implementation in North America, optimizing costs, and at the same time accelerating the promotion of Dashfield products and production capacity building in China. At the same time, the Group will continue to selectively deploy strategic projects, carry out product innovation and ecological integration, and explore development opportunities that can enrich product pipelines and enhance technical strength to help achieve long-term sustainable growth and value creation.
