(“Hanhui Pharmaceutical”) participated in the bidding process for the 12th batch of centralized procurement of national organization drugs organized by the Joint Procurement Office. According to the “Announcement on the Results of the 12th Batch of Centralized Volume Procurement of National Organization Drugs” issued by the Joint Procurement Office that night, the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary Hanhui Pharmaceutical will be selected for this centralized volume procurement.

The company's injectable epirubicin hydrochloride, injectable vancomycin hydrochloride, injectable imipenam cistatin sodium, injectable tecolanine, and tacrolimus capsules passed the consistent evaluation of generic drug quality and efficacy in March 2021, November 2021, July 2023, July 2024, and September 2025, respectively. The total sales volume of the products to be selected above in 2025 is 426 million yuan, accounting for about 4.04% of the company's 2025 revenue. In this twelfth batch of nationally organized drug procurement projects, the company's proposed selection price has decreased to a certain extent compared with the original local average selection price. If selected, it will help the above products expand the domestic sales market, increase market share, promote the further development of the company's formulation business, enhance the company's brand influence, and provide high-quality and affordable products to the market.
