Saco Receives SAR41 Million Claim From Plaintiff Astra Food in Commercial Arbitration

The dispute is about the duration and termination of their franchise rights license agreement. The Saudi Arabia-listed household and office supplies retailer engaged legal counsel and will file its response to the statement of claim. Saco noted that the arbitrator has not yet made a decision as the proceedings are at an early stage.
