Countries such as Germany, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Japan, Portugal, and Uganda will send personnel to participate in the formulation. Blockchain as a service is one of the most widely used blockchain commercial service models. It has the advantages of low threshold, controllable cost, flexible expandability, etc., and has become the mainstream choice for global enterprises to explore blockchain technology applications. According to statistics from industry research institutes, there are more than 100,000 blockchain application projects built based on blockchain as a service, covering fields such as supply chain finance, product traceability, and digital storage. The standard will clarify three technical requirements: in terms of infrastructure and networks, standardize the construction, operation and maintenance of underlying resources and blockchain networks. In terms of service management and smart contracts, unify the platform service catalog and contract life cycle management process. Clarify on-chain data access, privacy protection and security compliance mechanisms in terms of data interaction and security protection. The standards will provide a reference for global BaaS platform construction, enterprise model selection and application promotion, solve the problems of cross-platform migration difficulties and high interconnection costs between systems, and promote standardized, secure and sustainable application of blockchain technology in more scenarios.
