The company's shareholders transferred 5937 million shares to Baoxin Securities and 15.512 million shares from Futu Securities International Hong Kong.

Previously, Zhongbao New Materials announced its annual results for the year ended December 31, 2025. The group achieved revenue of 253 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 37.81%; the profit attributable to the company's owners was 29.114 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 73.81%; and the basic profit per share was 2.91 points.
