Huanghe Industrial (00318) will be suspended from August 3, pending publication of the 2026 annual results

Due to the processing of audit procedures, standard external confirmation letters, appraisers' valuation reports and supporting documents, the publication of the 2026 annual results will be delayed. The auditor has informed the Company that the receipt of the signed external confirmation letter and the completion and delivery of the evaluator's final valuation report is basically a matter beyond the control of the Company's management. Despite this, the company's management has always been committed to providing all necessary assistance.

At the request of the Company, trading of the Company's shares will be suspended on the Stock Exchange from 9:00 a.m. on August 3, 2026, pending publication of the Company's 2026 annual results.
