It mainly produces high-end copper-clad panels for AI servers, optical modules, high-end chips, etc., and also supports the construction of R&D headquarters and key laboratories, focusing on cutting-edge technologies such as M10 high-speed copper clad plates. The project is expected to start construction within this year. After delivery, it will produce 30 million square meters of AI high-speed sealing boards, ultra-thin copper-clad plates, and 60 million meters of ultra-thin adhesive sheets.
