According to this, Ma Steel Co., Ltd. and 15 other shareholders of Baowu Water agreed to increase Baowu Environmental Technology's capital with 96.48% of Baowu Water's shares with a total value of about 3.485 billion yuan. Of this, about 333 million yuan is Baowu Environmental Technology's registered capital, and about 3.152 billion yuan is Baowu Environmental Technology's capital reserve.
