Due to job transfers, Mr. Pang Xiaojin (Mr. Pang) has resigned as a non-executive director, effective (resignation) from the end of the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting (Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting) tentatively scheduled to be held on August 28, 2026 (Friday).
