According to the Zhitong Finance App, Beautiful Life Group Holdings (01850) announced its annual results for the year ended April 30, 2026, with revenue reaching approximately HK$433.4 million, an increase of about 15.8% over last year; loss attributable to company owners was HK$16.537 million, a year-on-year profit and loss; loss of HK$0.09 per share.

According to the announcement, the losses were mainly due to an increase in goodwill impairment losses during the year and an increase in administrative expenses.
