Civil Commerce Innovation & Technology (01632) appoints Hu Guocai, Liu Yaojie and Lei Hui as independent non-executive directors

Zhitong Finance App News, Minshang Innovation and Technology (01632) announced that Mr. Hu Guocai, Mr. Liu Yaojie and Mr. Lei Hui have been appointed as independent non-executive directors of the company with effect from August 1, 2026.

In addition, Mr. Hu Guocai was appointed as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee, Mr. Liu Yaojie was appointed as a member of the Audit Committee, the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee, and Mr. Lei Hui was appointed as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and the respective members of the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee.
