(Asset Management Company), all prerequisites for the acquisition have been fulfilled, and the acquisition was settled on July 31, 2026. After delivery, the asset management company became a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and the asset management company's financial results will be incorporated into the company's financial statements.

On the delivery date, asset management companies continue to hold licences issued by the Securities Regulatory Commission for Type 4 (advising on securities), Class 5 (advising on futures contracts) and Type 9 (providing asset management) regulated activities under the Securities and Futures Ordinance. The application of the company and its ultimate beneficial owner to become major shareholders of the asset management company has been approved in accordance with section 132 of the Securities and Futures Ordinance, and the transfer of the relevant license of the asset management company has been completed.

Furthermore, the asset management company holds a Qualified Foreign Institutional Investor (QFII) license issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, and its scope of business is domestic securities investment.

The asset management company is also an appointed investment manager of the Lizentuo Strategy open-ended fund company and holds 100% of the management shares of the open-ended fund company.
