As of the disclosure date, Tibet's Rongen and his co-actor Xiao Rong held a total of 245,377,983 shares, accounting for 41.80% of the total share capital, and pledged 173.2 million shares, accounting for 70.58% of its holdings and 29.50% of its total share capital.
