Beijing Gas Blue Sky (06828): Yang Shuoxuan was appointed as company secretary

According to Zhitong Finance App, Beijing Gas Blue Sky (06828) announced that Ms. Chen Shuangshuang (Ms. Chen) has resigned as (i) the Company's company secretary; and (ii) the Company's authorized representative under section 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (SEHK) Securities Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (Companies Ordinance), effective from July 31, 2026.

Mr. Yang Shuoxuan (Mr. Yang), the executive director, was appointed as the Company Secretary and the Company's authorized representative under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance with effect from July 31, 2026.

Following the resignation of Ms. Chen, Executive Director Mr. Li Xianning was appointed as the Company's authorized representative under section 3.05 of the Stock Exchange Listing Rules with effect from July 31, 2026.
