Oceanwide Group (00129) proposes to appoint Deloitte as auditor

According to Zhitong Finance App, Oceanwide Group (00129) announced that the current term of office of PricewaterhouseCoopers will expire after the annual general meeting of shareholders of Huihan and Oceanwide International scheduled to be held on August 28, 2026, and will retire as the respective auditors of these companies, and will not be renewed as auditors of these companies at the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

Following the recommendation of the Audit Committee, it has decided to recommend the appointment of Deloitte as an auditor at the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The term of office will be from the end of the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders until the end of the next Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2027. However, the proposed appointment is subject to shareholders' approval before implementation.
