Xinqian (02573): Jian Junyi was appointed as Joint Company Secretary

Ms. Zhang Xianqiao (Ms. Zhang) has resigned due to her personal career arrangement (i) the Company's Joint Company Secretary (Joint Company Secretary), (ii) the Company's authorized representative under section 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (Stock Exchange) Securities Listing Rules, and (iii) the Company's authorized representative in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance, Chapter 622 of the Hong Kong Laws of the Hong Kong Laws and receiving legal proceedings on the Company's behalf in Hong Kong as required by section 19A.13 (2) of the Listing Rules Authorized persons for documents and notices (collectively referred to as legal procedure document agents) will take effect from July 31, 2026.

Following the resignation of Ms. Zhang, Ms. Jian Junyi (Ms. Jian) was appointed as the Company's (i) Joint Company Secretary, (ii) Authorized Representative, and (iii) Agent for legal proceedings with effect from July 31, 2026. Ms. Zuo Yue (Ms. Zuo) will continue to serve as another joint company secretary.
