On July 30, the next-generation securities investor loss measurement system independently developed by the China Securities Investment Service Center was officially launched. The new system responds positively to the needs of judicial trial practice, and the loss estimation function and efficiency have been further improved. Among them, on the basis of optimizing the systemic risk deduction model for the securities market, a non-systemic risk factor deduction function using the “event analysis method” logic, a pre-inspection function for significant stock price effects of major events, a clean-up function for multi-type and multi-format transaction data, and an intelligent generation function for loss estimation opinions have been added. Up to now, the China Securities Submission Service Center has accepted more than 1,400 batches of loss testing commissions from more than 60 courts, involving more than 250 cases involving misrepresentation by listed companies, etc., and has carried out loss tests for more than 6.7 million investors.
