CAP-XX Raises GBP2.2 Million via Share Placing, Subscription

04:55 AM EDT, 07/31/2026 (MT Newswires) -- CAP-XX (CPX.L) said Friday it conditionally raised 2.2 million pounds sterling through a placing and subscription of shares. The thin, prismatic supercapacitors and energy management systems company plans to use the proceeds for general working capital purposes. CAP-XX is also conducting a retail offer of up to 66,666,667 shares to raise as much as 100,000 pounds. The offer is expected to close Aug. 3. Allenby Capital is acting as the sole bookrunner in the placing.
