China Gold announced that on July 30, the 21st meeting of the second board of directors of the company reviewed and passed a number of proposals. It was agreed to open the Jinxu Nanjing Deji Plaza Store and the Jinxu Baiyetan Wanxiang City Store, and establish “China Gold Group Gold and Jewelry Co., Ltd. Jinxu Nanjing Deji Branch” and “China Gold Group Gold and Jewelry Co., Ltd. Jinxu Guangzhou Baiyetan Wanxiangcheng Branch” respectively; they also agreed to set up a trade union office and establish a full-time trade union vice chairman according to the deployment.
