The wholesale price index for “vegetable basket” products was 113.77, down 0.36 points from yesterday. As of 14:00 today, the average price of pork in the national agricultural products wholesale market was 15.83 yuan/kg, down 0.8% from yesterday; beef was 67.14 yuan/kg, down 0.3% from yesterday; lamb was 64.92 yuan/kg, the same as yesterday; eggs were 9.93 yuan/kg, down 1.6% from yesterday; and white striped chicken was 17.13 yuan/kg, up 0.2% from yesterday. The average price of the 28 types of vegetables monitored was 4.39 yuan/kg, down 1.1% from yesterday; the average price of the 6 types of fruit monitored was 6.76 yuan/kg, down 1.9% from yesterday. Crucian carp was 20.00 yuan/kg, down 0.9% from yesterday; carp was 14.27 yuan/kg, down 3.0% from yesterday; white mackerel was 10.09 yuan/kg, down 0.2% from yesterday; and large octopus was 39.84 yuan/kg, down 5.4% from yesterday. Today, out of the 46 varieties monitored by the domestic fresh agricultural products wholesale market, the top two price increases compared to yesterday were garlic and white striped chicken, with increases of 1.3% and 0.2%, respectively; the top five price declines were octopus, pineapple, radish, carp, and jufeng grapes, with ranges of 5.4%, 4.8%, 3.6%, 3.0% and 2.6%, respectively.
