Intertek Logs Lower H1 Profit; Revenue Up

Profit attributable to equity holders for the six months ended June 30 was 134.8 million pounds sterling, compared with 158.2 million pounds earlier. EPS moved to 0.871 pound from 0.98 pound. The British assurance, testing, and certification company's revenue was 1.77 billion pounds, compared with 1.67 billion pounds a year ago. Looking ahead, Intertek continues to expect mid-single-digit like-for-like revenue growth at constant currency for 2026.
