Zhitong Finance App News, Agile Holdings (00186) announced that on July 20, 2026, Zhanjiang Ruichen Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, successfully bid for a plot of land located in Suixi County, Zhanjiang City, Guangdong Province, through a listing sale event organized by the Land and Resources Bureau of Suixi County, Zhanjiang City, People's Republic of China. The purchase price of the land acquisition is approximately RMB 94.683 million, which will be paid for by the Group's internal resources.

The land is located on the south side of Xuezeng Road and east side of Yingbin Road, Binhe New District, Suixi County, Zhanjiang City, Guangdong Province, China. The site area is about 6,3688 square meters. The company expects the total construction area to reach about 227,000 square meters (including about 178,000 square meters of saleable floor area). The land will be developed as a residential project. Zhanjiang City is an important gateway for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area radiating the southwest. The land is located on the main road in the city. Various surrounding planning and support are gradually being implemented. The living service functions of the area will be improved day by day, and the comprehensive carrying capacity and livability value of the region is expected to continue to increase.
