On July 31, Yushu Technology stated in an updated prospectus that the US Federal Communications Commission added advanced robotics equipment and power inverters manufactured outside the US to the “list of regulated equipment and services.” The main models of products currently on sale by the company, including humanoid robots G1, H2, R1, and four-legged robots Go2, B2, and A2, have all obtained FCC certification, and are advanced robot equipment referred to in the aforementioned announcement. Therefore, the aforementioned policy changes will not affect the continued sales of the company's existing main products in the US market. However, unless specific exemptions or conditional approval are obtained, the new robot products developed by the company will face the risk of not being able to be sold in the US market due to failure to obtain FCC certification.
