According to the Zhitong Finance App, Jizhijia-W (02590) announced that the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) will update the Covered List (Covered List) on July 28, 2026, prohibiting the import, marketing or sale of advanced robotic equipment and grid-connected power inverters produced overseas in the US. In response to this latest policy change, the Board of Directors hereby announces that all autonomous mobile robot (AMR) models currently sold by the Group in the US have obtained valid FCC certification and are therefore not subject to relevant prohibitions. The Group's product sales, delivery and operation activities in the US remain in full operation and have not been affected in any way; the relevant ban will not have any significant adverse impact on the Group's business, operations and financial position.
