  • Cushman & Wakefield has expanded its National Industrial Advisory Group with the addition of Melinda Marino as Managing Director, who will be located in Northern California. Marino joins Cushman & Wakefield from JLL and will cover industrial and land development site transactions across Northern California, including San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Oakland/East Bay and the North Bay, as well as the California Central Valley and Bakersfield.  
  • Cityview has hired Gabi Franco as Managing Director of Asset Management. Franco will lead Cityview’s asset management team, oversee the firm’s development and value-add assets and work alongside the construction management, property management and development teams as Cityview continues to scale nationally. Previously, he was Partner at Interstate Development and Partner/Head of Asset Management at Carmel Partners. 
  • RDC, an award-winning architecture, planning and interior design firm, announceD that Sean Unsell has been named Principal of the firm. A veteran of 38 years with the firm, Unsell is a co-leader of RDC’s Retail, Grocery and Market group, a design practice that focuses on grocery stores and retail centers. 
  • Procore Technologies, Inc., a global provider of construction management software, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire DroneDeploy, Inc., a robotics and visual intelligence platform that is used on three-million-plus jobsites across more than 180 countries. Procore will acquire DroneDeploy for approximately $845 million in cash, subject to customary purchase price adjustments. 
  • Mill Valley-based Four Corners Property Trust, a REIT primarily engaged in the ownership and acquisition of high-quality, net-leased restaurant and retail properties, has entered into a Fifth Amended and Restated Revolving Credit and Term Loan Agreement with a group of existing and new lenders. The credit agreement increases the overall size of the facility from $940 million to $1.15 billion by entering into a new senior unsecured $400-million term loan maturing in August 2031.
