06:18 AM EDT, 07/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Fiinu (BANK.L) said Thursday it is reviewing the legal validity of a requisition notice it received from Granicus Holdings, which holds a 10.7% stake in the company. Granicus is calling on the board to convene a general meeting proposing an ordinary resolution to remove Marko Petteri Sjoblom as chief executive officer, alongside an advisory resolution urging independent directors to review the company's executive leadership and governance arrangements. The financial technology group's board said Granicus' requisition is "disruptive" following its recent annual general meeting, where shareholders approved the reelection of all directors. The move is also intended to "distract the board's attention from the proper prosecution" of its claims against Granicus, its owner Karol Oleksa, and related parties.
