Qianbaidu (01028) appoints Li Baiyong as Executive Director

Mr. Li Xiyong has been appointed as the company's executive director with effect from July 30, 2026.

Furthermore, due to the restructuring of operations and management methods by the board of directors, the position of the company's president will be vacant from July 30, 2026. Since the company currently operates two different main businesses, the board of directors believes that the position of president is no longer in line with the Group's current business model, so it has decided to abolish the position. Mr. Yuan Zhenhua, who has held the position of CEO since 2019, will step down accordingly, but will continue to contribute to the board of directors as an executive director.
