Marco Digital Technology (01942): Zhou Yue has been appointed as authorized representative

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Marco Digital Technology (01942) announced that Mr. Zhou Jieting will no longer act as the company's authorized representative (authorized representative) under section 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited securities listing rules, effective July 30, 2026.

Mr. Zhou Yue, an executive director of the Company, has been appointed as an authorized representative with effect from July 30, 2026.

The composition of the nomination committee of the Company has changed as follows: since July 30, 2026: Mr. Deng Zhihua (Mr. Deng) is no longer the chairman of the nomination committee; Mr. Gao Hongxiang (Mr. Gao), an independent non-executive director, has been reappointed as the chairman of the nomination committee; and Mr. Qiu Dongcheng (Mr. Qiu), an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee.
