According to Zhitong Finance App News, Luoshi Robotics (03752) announced that the Group expects to record (i) revenue of no less than RMB 400 million in the six months ending June 30, 2026, an increase of no less than 127.4% over the six months ending June 30, 2025; (ii) a net loss of no less than RMB 86 million, a decrease of not less than 4.8% from the net loss of approximately RMB 90.3 million in the first half of 2025; and (iii) recorded an adjusted net loss of about RMB 90.3 million compared to the first half of 2025 An adjusted net profit of RMB 35.2 million was recorded during the reporting period.
Adjusted net profit (measured as non-Hong Kong financial reporting standards) is defined as net loss adjusted for the following items: (a) interest on redemption liabilities relating to financial instruments with preferential rights held by investors prior to the initial public offering of the company, the book value of which was recognized as equity when the company's shares were listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited; (b) share-based payment expenses arising from share incentives granted by the company to employees; and (c) listing expenses incurred in connection with the listing. The Board believes that adjusted net profit can provide shareholders and potential investors with useful information to understand and evaluate the Group's operating performance by excluding the financial impact of adjusted projects that are non-operating or one-time and do not reflect the actual operating performance of the Group.
Depending on the final implementation of the Group's interim results during the reporting period, the Board believes that the Group's revenue increase, net loss reduction, and adjusted net loss conversion to adjusted net profit during the reporting period were mainly due to the combined effects of the following factors: (a) The company's significant increase in revenue from robot product sales, mainly due to the rapid growth in sales of its embedded intelligent robots (this is the main factor driving revenue growth, which is expected to account for more than 30% of the company's total revenue during the reporting period), the launch of new robot products, increased market demand, increased brand awareness, and continued expansion of sales channels; and (b ) The Group enhances operational efficiency through economies of scale and operational optimization, thereby improving cost efficiency and profitability.
