HSBC Holdings (00005): Mark Che-heng will serve as Chairman of the Supervisory Committee

According to the Zhitong Finance App, HSBC Holdings (00005) announced that with effect from August 5, 2026, Mak Che-heng will replace Nie Zhiheng as Chairman of the Group Supervisory Committee. After being appointed as Group Chairman, Nie Chi-hang will retire as Chairman of the Group Monitoring Committee and as a member of the Group Risk Management Committee as planned. Maggie was appointed as a member of the Group's Technology and Operations Committee. Bao Zheyu was appointed as a member of the Group's Remuneration Committee.
