The preliminary ruling was that the provisional anti-dumping duty rate for Hubei Greenhome Material Technology Co., Ltd. was 71.2%, the temporary anti-dumping duty rate for Qianjiang Xinyihong Organic Chemical Co., Ltd. was 52.6%, and the provisional anti-dumping duty rate for Chongqing Zhengyuan Fragrance Co., Ltd., Hubei Colin Bolun New Materials Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Dajia Chemical Co., Ltd. were all 66.8%, and that the provisional anti-dumping duty on other Chinese enterprises was 71.2%.
