Helios Towers Posts Lower H1 Attributable Profit; Revenue Jumps

03:03 AM EDT, 07/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Helios Towers (HTWS.L) said Thursday its attributable profit for the first half declined, while revenue rose year over year. Profit attributable to owners of the company for the six months ended June 30 was $19.4 million, compared with $30.4 million earlier. EPS moved to $0.017 from $0.026. The telecommunications infrastructure company's revenue was $466.3 million, compared with $418.3 million a year ago. Meanwhile, the board declared an inaugural interim dividend of 0.00604 pound per share for the period, payable on Sept. 14 to shareholders on record Aug. 7. For 2026, the group maintained its outlook for share buybacks of $51 million and dividend payments of $25 million.
