Mondi Swings to Loss in H1; Revenue Up

02:46 AM EDT, 07/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Mondi (MNDI.L, MNP.JO) said Thursday that it swung to an attributable loss for the first half, while revenue rose year over year. Loss attributable to shareholders for the six months ended June 30 was 255 million euros, compared with an attributable profit of 170 million euros earlier. Loss per share came in at 0.578 euro from an EPS of 0.386 euro. The packaging and paper company's revenue was 3.98 billion euros, compared with 3.91 billion euros a year ago. Meanwhile, the board declared a dividend of 0.0942 euro per share for the interim period, payable Sept. 25 to shareholders on record Aug. 21. It paid 0.2333 euro per share in the year-ago period.
