According to the Zhitong Finance App, Children's Garden International (03830) announced its annual results for the year ended April 30, 2026, with revenue of approximately HK$201 million, up 1.9% year on year; loss attributable to company owners was HK$6.246 million, a decrease of 10.58% year on year; basic and diluted loss per share of HK0.6 cents.

According to the announcement, the reduction in losses was due to a sharp reduction in sales and distribution expenses and a reduction in deferred tax assets due to the termination of confirmed laboratory equipment business, but was partially offset by (i) increased manufacturing costs; and (ii) US tariffs arising from the toy business.
