On CNBC’s “Mad Money Lightning Round,” Jim Cramer said he likes Ross Stores, Inc. (NASDAQ:ROST).

On the earnings front, Ross Stores, on May 21, reported better-than-expected first-quarter financial results and raised its FY26 GAAP EPS guidance above estimates.

Ross Stores reported quarterly earnings of $2.02 per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $1.68 per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $6.010 billion which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $5.567 billion.

Cramer said Hims & Hers Health, Inc. (NYSE:HIMS) is a “controversial” stock and he prefers to just own Eli Lilly and Company (NYSE:LLY).

According to recent news, a Food and Drug Administration advisory panel voted on July 23 to place the BPC-157 peptide on an allowed pharmacy compounding list.

Arista Networks, Inc. (NYSE:ANET) is “terrific,” Cramer said. “I really like Arista, and Arista is not dependent entirely on the data center. It’s got a lot of things going for it.”

Lending support to his choice, Needham analyst Ryan Koontz maintained Arista at a Buy rating on July 22 and raised the price target from $185 to $200.

Price Action:

  • Hims & Hers Health shares fell 3% to settle at $29.32 on Tuesday.
  • Arista shares slipped 0.6% to close at $169.71 during the session.
