United Asia Group (00458): Leung Wai-yee appointed as company secretary and authorized representative

Zhitong Finance App News, LianAsia Group (00458) announced that Ms. Chen Wenying (Ms. Chen) has resigned as the Group's Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary, the Company's Authorized Representative under Section 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited Securities Listing Rules (Authorized Representative of the Stock Exchange), and an authorized representative of the Company under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Hong Kong Laws) and section 19.05 (2) of the Listing Rules on the Company's receipt and delivery of legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong (section 16 authorized representative) Representatives are collectively referred to as “authorized representatives”), effective from July 29, 2026.

Ms Leung Wai-yee (Ms Leung) has been appointed as company secretary and authorized representative with effect from July 29, 2026.

Furthermore, after the resignation of Ms. Chen as Chief Financial Officer, the relevant financial responsibilities will continue to be carried by the Group's Hong Kong Financial Reporting Team, which is currently headed by the Group's Vice President of Finance.
