According to the Zhitong Finance App, the US and China (02453) announced that on July 29, 2026, the group signed an important cooperation agreement with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Ministry of Health) to cooperate in the construction and operation of a gamma knife radiosurgery center at the Tashkent National Medical Center (the National Medical Center of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, located in Tashkent City, Republic of Uzbekistan).

The Ministry of Health relies on its local medical facilities, medical insurance system and local medical resource advantages. With years of mature experience in tumor radiotherapy, gamma knife center operation, high-end medical equipment management and clinical services, the Group cooperated in a public-private partnership (PPP) model to jointly build and operate a gamma-knife radiosurgery center in Tashkent. The company fully invested and operated the company's 15-year cooperation period to share project benefits, and formed a business collaboration with Guangzhou Taihe Cancer Hospital (Guangzhou Hospital), a subsidiary of the company.

This cooperation is an important milestone in the company's international layout of the Central Asian market. Relying on its mature tumor radiotherapy, gamma knife operation and management experience, and AI technology capabilities to achieve asset-light technology output and create a replicable overseas medical cooperation model. After the project was implemented, the gamma knife business effectively complements Guangzhou Hospital's proton therapy business, built a cross-border multidisciplinary consultation and case referral system, continuously enhanced brand influence, and added stable overseas revenue sources to optimize the geographical structure of revenue, effectively enrich the high-end tumor radiotherapy business chain, and enhance the group's overall management capabilities. On this basis, the two sides will also deepen cooperation in the future and will further strengthen cooperation in the joint construction and operation of radiotherapy centers, imaging diagnosis centers, and AI applications.
