Rathbones Group Books Higher H1 Profit, Operating Income

Profit attributable to equity holders for the six months ended June 30 was 51.7 million pounds sterling, compared with 44.4 million pounds earlier. EPS moved to 0.491 pound from 0.415 pound. The London-listed investment manager's operating income was 487.5 million pounds, compared with 449.1 million pounds a year ago. Meanwhile, the board declared an interim dividend of 0.320 pound per share for the period, payable Sept. 30 to shareholders on record Sept. 4. It paid 0.310 pound per share in the year-ago period.
