Aberdeen Group Posts Lower H1 Profit; Revenue Rises

Profit attributable to equity shareholders for the six months ended June 30 was 241 million pounds sterling, compared with 247 million pounds earlier. EPS moved to 0.132 pound from 0.135 pound. The investment company and asset manager's revenue from contracts with customers was 677 million pounds, compared with 657 million pounds a year ago. Meanwhile, the board declared an unchanged interim dividend of 0.073 pound per share for the interim period, payable on Sept. 22. For 2026, the company reaffirmed its expectations for adjusted operating profit to reach at least 300 million pounds for 2026.
