Weir Group Posts Higher H1 Attributable Profit, Revenue

Profit attributable to equity holders of the company for the six months ended June 30 was 128.6 million pounds sterling, compared with 111.3 million pounds earlier. EPS moved to 0.496 pound from 0.429 pound. The engineering company's revenue was 1.27 billion pounds, compared with 1.19 billion pounds a year ago. Meanwhile, the board declared an interim dividend of 0.20 pound per share for the period, payable on Nov. 3 to shareholders on record Oct. 2. It paid 0.196 pound a year ago. For 2026, the company confirmed its guidance of delivering growth in constant currency revenue and operating profit.
