The second is to promote high standards of protection, promote rapid review and on-demand review on a wider scale to help enterprises seize opportunities for technological iteration; continue to improve intellectual property protection systems in emerging fields; and strengthen legal guarantees for key core technologies. The third is to promote efficient application, build intellectual property innovation consortia in key areas, patent pools for key industries, and optimize the layout of industrial intellectual property operation centers, etc., to support a strong intellectual property chain and increase efficiency in key industries.
