The State Intellectual Property Office made a presentation at a press conference held by the Information Office of the State Council to actively promote rapid collaborative protection of intellectual property rights. At present, 83 national intellectual property protection centers and 54 rapid rights protection centers have been built across the country, forming a rapid collaborative protection network with a balanced layout, hierarchical classification, and clear orientation to provide “one-stop” comprehensive intellectual property protection services such as rapid pre-examination, rapid confirmation, and rapid rights protection for local dominant industrial innovators. The State Intellectual Property Office said that during the “15th Five-Year Plan” period, it will further build national intellectual property protection centers and rapid maintenance centers with high quality, promote more coordinated and improved working mechanisms, higher quality and more accurate pre-examination and authorization, more timely and standardized rights protection assistance, smoother and more efficient collaborative protection, be deeply integrated into the implementation of major national strategies, and serve the innovation and upgrading of key industries more effectively to support high-quality economic and social development.
