On the day the penalty was announced, Ctrip CEO Sun Jie issued an internal email to all employees, synchronizing the company's core judgment on the incident, the direction of rectification, and uniform external action guidelines for all employees. Sun Jie said in an internal letter that at present, the company's overall business is running smoothly and in an orderly manner. User reservations and travel services are guaranteed normally, cooperation links with domestic and foreign wine travel partners are stable, and the daily operations of various business lines are not affected by this penalty. In response to the issues pointed out in the punishment, Ctrip has formed complete rectification measures and will publicize them to the public.
