On July 27, according to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the Malaysian government's US$1.5 billion Islamic bonds are expected to be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on July 30, 2026. The bond is expected to be double listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the Bursa Malaysia, further implementing the cooperation direction set out in the Memorandum of Cooperation signed by the two exchanges, strengthening market connectivity and deepening capital market ties between the two places.
