Zhitong Finance App News, and Platinum Pharmaceutical-B (02142) announced that the company has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. (Sinopharm Group) to establish the Sinopharm Group-Hebo Pharmaceutical Innovation Consortium (Innovation Consortium) and cooperate in the research and development of innovative biopharmaceuticals, with a strategic focus covering diseases such as cancer and immune inflammation (strategic cooperation).

According to the strategic cooperation, the Group and Sinopharm Group will carry out research and development cooperation around the entire life cycle of innovative biopharmaceuticals, with a strategic focus on diseases such as cancer and immune inflammation. The Group will use its world-leading all-human antibody technology platform Harbour Mice® and AI to enable R&D capabilities to jointly carry out discovery and optimization of candidate antibody molecules with Sinopharm Group, including but not limited to target identification, lead antibody discovery and optimization, antibody configuration design, and antibody engineering. Sinopharm Group will also contribute its expertise in clinical trials, large-scale production and commercialization to develop large-scale processes for commercialized projects, produce clinical trial materials, and commercialize products resulting from this cooperation. Both parties will jointly bear R&D costs and share product rights in accordance with the agreed terms.
