According to news, Chinasoft International recently officially signed a token sharing and joint innovation cooperation agreement with Dark Side of the Moon for the “Moon Landing Program”. The two sides will use the AllMeta platform+ K2.7 Code and K3 model and subsequent iterations of the enterprise intelligence operating system independently developed by Chinasoft International as the core technology base to jointly promote innovation and large-scale commercial use of enterprise-level intelligent technology, products and solutions in the energy, electricity, finance and other industries.

In terms of business models, the two sides will explore and implement a new paradigm of collaboration in the Chinese version of “model+enterprise service” and use a token sharing mechanism to achieve win-win development. The two parties will share the token consumption revenue and other cooperative derivative income generated based on Kimi's big model during the implementation of the cooperation according to the ratio agreed in the agreement. Furthermore, the company will make every effort to promote the computing power business layout, and the self-built industry computing power center will give priority to meeting the computing power needs of the dark side of the moon.
