1. Local commercial authorities shall promptly complete the secondary distribution, verification, and feedback of export quotas for live pigs and live cattle, border trade rice, border trade wheat flour, and lumber for Hong Kong and Macao. The quotas should focus on enterprises with high completion rates, strong operating capacity, good supply quality, and high brand reputation. Coordinate the actual export situation in the region, play a quota-oriented role, and reasonably grasp the pace of distribution. Closely track the progress of quota usage, do a good job of dynamically allocating quotas, and improve quota usage.
